Report day 2
The weather looks promising again on Friday morning, but the downside of this beautiful weather is that it will affect the wind big time. The sailors do head out on schedule, but after some waiting they’re being sent back in. But it’s worthwhile waiting as after a few hours postponement the sailors are launching again. The wind picks up to even above 10 knots in the end. The Lasers and RS Feva can complete 3 more races, the High Performance course with the Nacra 15 and 29er 4 races and the Optimist, Optimist Benjamin and Cadet classes 2. This results in a completed qualifying series for the big fleets so we can continue into the finals.
