The organization of the Dutch Youth Regatta 2020 is well underway. The Notice of race is being reviewd by our national Authority and will be available on the event website www.dutchyouthregatta.org as soon as possible.

Registration for the Dutch Youth Regatta will open on 31 January!


Due to the large number of participants finding accommodation during the event can be challenging. Please check the event website for more information.

The Dutch Youth Regatta had everything sailors, coaches, supporters and organization could wish for: Perfect wind conditions, tropical weather conditions and super exciting racing. The Dutch Youth Regatta officially opened today with a welcome from chairman Mike Paardekooper and a flag parade with all 33 countries present. Strong gusts of wind came over during the opening, 20 to 25 knots. When the sailors went out to race, the wind dropped to a stable 16 knots.

Dutch Youth Regatta starts with 760 youth teams in 8 different classes

From Thursday May 30th till Sunday May 2nd the Dutch Youth Regatta takes place in Workum, the Netherlands. A total of 760 youth teams divided in 8 classes will be present at the regatta. There is also Eurocup Series for the 29er U25, the current leaders will race in Workum as well.
