Tally Tags Make Check-In Easy at the DYR! ⛵
This year, the Dutch Youth Regatta introduces Tally Tags – a smart and simple system to handle sailor check-in and check-out efficiently!
With your personal Tally Tag, there’s no need for coaches to report to the Regatta Office at the start and end of the day. Instead, volunteers on the slipway will scan each sailor’s tag when they leave and return. Quick, clear, and hassle-free!
You can pick up your Tally Tag for free at the Regatta Office, and get it registered to your name right away. Once it’s yours, it’s yours to keep – attach it to your buoyancy aid (alongside your whistle!) and you’re good to go.
The Tally Tags are completely free thanks to the generous support of our sponsor Carbonmasts. Their contribution helps us make race management smoother and safer – and yes, their logo is proudly printed on each tag!
The Tally Tag system is part of Manage2Sail, and can be used at many international events – not only at the Dutch Youth Regatta and United4, but also at other major events like Kieler Woche.
Already have a Tally Tag from a United4 event? Bring it and use it at the DYR – no need to get a new one!
Just don’t forget to check in before launching and check out when you return, right at the slipway.
Thanks again to Carbonmasts for making this possible!
